Draft outline — not legal text. This page lists what the terms must cover. The terms themselves will be written for, and reviewed by, counsel before launch.

What the terms will cover

• The service — what CruxDeck is, and the hosted and self-hosted editions.
• Accounts and organizations — who may create one, roles, and invitations.
• Agents — agent credentials, your responsibility for the agents you connect, and the rule that only a person can resolve a decision.
• Your content — you own it; what we may do with it to run the service.
• Acceptable use.
• Plans and payment — per-seat pricing; plan limits that hide older decision history and never delete decisions or audit records, while attachments may be reclaimed under the retention policy; and payment on Stripe-hosted pages, with Stripe as merchant of record if Managed Payments is approved.
• Availability and support — what we commit to.
• Termination — and getting your data out.
• Liability, warranties and governing law.
